"The billing and invoicing is great time saver, and moneymaker. It has an easy learning curve and follows through investigative case file logically. If you do, comp, surveillance, criminal, locates & backgrounds etc it does it all. If want you can email the file or reports directly from Case-works. I have recommended this program to more than a dozen investigators and know of no complaints. Also Roy is easy to deal with and if you have a suggestion he will sit down and talk to you about it. If Roy finds it to be beneficial to the investigative community he adds it to his program as a free up date. If you're doing criminal defense case or budget cases he has a stop light feature added that is green when you have plenty of money, goes yellow when you're nearing the budget and red if you reach so you request more time.
