"We have been using Case Works from the Miller Computer Group also, for about the last four months. We very recently upgraded our program to include the Process Service addition. There are several things that I like about the program: First and foremost it saves me a great deal of time in the composition of reports, times lines, expenses, invoices, anyone associated with the case and now affidavits of service. These folks have put into one program what I had to do myself over the course of a couple hours in administration work. Needless to say, Case Works is saving me some valuable hours for other casework. As an example: Last week we got an emergency case of parental abduction out of Idaho. Through five days of surveillance and locating the child we collected a vast amount of viable intelligence that culminated in the successful return of the child to the custodial parent. During this High Priority case the local law enforcement pretty much had their hands tied because of a question of jurisdiction regarding the child. With the Case Works reporting we were able to provide the local judge with an in-depth report notating all persons associated with the case, numerous addresses the absconding parent had been placing the child (hiding), and a detailed time line of all the events that transpired (who was doing what, when, and where). As a result during the emergency hearing the child was returned to the custodial parent, and they are now on their way home. Had it not been for the ease in which I able to put all this together, in short notice, my testimony in the case would have been quite lengthy. Case Works was a great asset the professionalism of my presentation! I cannot even think of looking elsewhere for a PI management program. My hats off and kudos to the folks at MCG.
