"I have recently started using the Caseworks file management system. I bought it at the TALI conference in San Antonio. I have been looking for a good management system for a LONG, LONG time and I finally found it. We usually keep thirty to forty open cases at any one time and this is doing the job for us on keeping track of diaries activities like reports due, etc. It even lets you design your own reports and insert them as "boilerplate" documents so you can just fill in the blanks. It also creates and tracks invoices, numbers cases and invoices, etc."
