"I agree I have been a customer for several years from the days of the 16 bit version of Iworks, Roy has spent countless hours and I'm sure I've driven him to drink on occasions working through some of "my data" problem which "were not" problems with the program but with my computer and power sags. I can't say enough that backing up your data is so critical and an uninterruptible power supply/battery back up is very important.
