"First and foremost, like most of you, I was using the old QuickBooks approach to billing in my investigative business, either because I was not aware of any other options at the time or because there just weren't' any. I was elated to be delivered from that process which was impeccable, if you're into accounting, but a labor of time for an investigator. It took me over 1 ½ days to do my billing. Case works reduces that workload to 3 hours. Compare that computer to gaining back over a days available of billing hours. Take that times 12 and you can see the cost savings to my company. ... Finally, I would like to say thanks to Roy Miller for his fantastic technical support I received when I had program failure, not with Case Works, but with another that interfered with Case Works. Within a few hours, my problem was fixed and I billed on time and have corrected the interference permanently I intend on standing by Miller Group by staying with them, because in turn, in can only help my business profit, and, as a whole, contribute to the field of Private Investigations.
