"I have to echo everything Ed Fisher stated about Miller Computer Group. I've been using Investigative Works/Case-Works since its inception. Roy Miller always goes out of his way to assist his clients with the program. The program is top notch: It is a time keeper, a billing program, a report generator and there are several modules available (process server, time line, etc.,) and it even lets you place digital photos and sketches into your reports. Roy was a Secret Agent (or Special Agent, I think) for many years and he is aware of what sort of tools we need to do the job.
