"Our firm started using Case-Works about a year ago after seeing Roy Millers software at a conference. I drove to Portland having Roy personally demonstrate the program after I had tried numerous other ideas, all having serious problems. Now, the program that provides forms only, is wonderful for field work, Case-Works is designed to make you money and not cost you valuable billable time to keep your cases going. It provides easy professional billing statements. Excellent Template production utilizing data you have entered into the case file. Excellent reports, with superb technical support. AND MORE... Over the past year, with a minimal subscription fee and monthly reasonable fees, we have received 4-5 upgrades (maybe more)... FREE. When we have an idea or specific need for the program, Roy Miller works at consolidating program users ideas into the software for a constant advancement in its capabilities. I have my software set up to have each case pay for the monthly costs, divided equally through "Administrative Costs" which is included in each billing statement. A cost of just a few dollars each case. You will need to work with the program for a while to really understand the full capabilities. Once you do, you'll look forward to working with it and... come up with ideas of improvements, which helps everyone. No, I'm not getting any kickbacks or promotional incentives, simply one investigator who looked for many years for a tool to help me save money, which Case-Works has. I would put this program up against anyone else's with full confidence Case-Works will easily come out on top. If someone can show me something better, my fax lines are open."
